Counterparties for conclusion of a supply agreement are selected based on assessment of the commercial offer and the terms of cooperation that the potential Supplier is able to provide. All commercial offers are considered without fail.

In order to confirm the status of a law-abiding company, in order to conclude an agreement, the Supplier should provide constituent and accounting documents.
