The structure of Ruzovo, CJSC includes Innovative Technological Development Department. Dedicated experts are constantly engaged in search, study and implementation of new techniques and technologies in deep processing of eggs and production of finished egg products.
The experimental technology laboratory is equipped with high-quality modern equipment for functional control, including texture analyzers, viscometers, dispersants, stand mixers of various capacities, convection ovens and much more. This allows us to quickly respond to customer requests and continuously monitor the quality and technological properties of products supplied to food production facilities.
