The laboratory plays a very important role in any food enterprise, since it is the main control body, and its main task is to ensure the production of standard products of high quality.
Our production laboratory, certified for the 4th pathogenicity group, continuously monitors raw materials and finished products, water, air, and washing solutions with its own resources and means.
The annual passage of comparison tests in independent accredited laboratories is the additional confirmation of reliability of the results of the studies performed. Our quality control system guarantees 100% traceability from the moment of entry of raw materials to the output of finished products and their delivery to the customer's warehouse.
Quality control includes:
